Excess Wait Time

$10 per every 15 minutes beginning 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time |
| At time of appointment all signing parties and documents to be notarized must be present. Should the notary be required to wait more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time an Excess Wait Time fee will be charged. |

| Once the notary has arrived and the signing does not take place due to no fault of the notary a no show/no sign fee shall apply in addition to any travel, excess wait time, and/or other additional processing fees due. |
